ORDERING INFORMATION

How to Shop Trixette?

Once you have picked out the item(s) to purchase, kindly click on the Trixette Order Form (on top right hand corner) and proceed to fill in all the relevant information. A payment invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order. After receiving the invoice, you will be required to make the payment for your item(s) within 24 hours. As email invoices are for confirmed orders, failure to do so will render you blacklisted and banned from future purchases. Your item will then be released to the next available buyer.

Please kindly note that Trixette email invoices are subjected to stock availability. If the item you would like to purchase is under Pending/Sold Out, we will still email you to inform you of its availability or any ongoing backorders.

If you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours, please email us at sales@trixette.com. Do also check your Junk Mail folder in case our email gets sent there. We strongly recommend that you add sales@trixette.com to your email address book to ensure safe receipt of Trixette mail.

How do I make an enquiry?

To make an enquiry, do drop us an email at sales@trixette.com and we will attend to your enquiry shortly.

Can I cancel my order?

Please note that once an order has been made, it is considered as confirmed and we will make a reservation for you. Any cancellation would render you blacklisted and banned from future purchases.

We do not entertain refunds in cases of cancellations.

PAYMENT DETAILS

What are your various payment methods?

Currently, we only accept payment by POSB/DBS bank transfers. We will definitely look into other payment methods in the future for your convenience.

For internet-banking transfers, we will require the transaction details in the return email.

For ATM transfers, kindly attach a picture of the transaction receipt and email it back to us with the payment details. This is for our payment verification purposes.

We regret to inform you that we do not accept concealed cash for any Trixette orders.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

What are the delivery methods I can opt for?

All Trixette packages are handled by SingPost.

We have 2 methods of delivery: Local Normal Postage & Local Registered Postage.

Local Normal Postage is charged at SGD1.50 on top of your total bill. For bags and shoes, it will be SGD2.50. Additional items will be charged at SGD0.50 each.

Local Registered Postage is charged an extra SGD2.25 per item on top of Normal Mail and your total bill. We will issue you the Tracking No. so that you can track your parcels at the SingPost website.

We will not be responsible for any lost packages. Therefore we strongly recommend Local Registered Mail to ensure you receive your beloved Trixette items!

We will try our best to provide you with all the information you will need about our products online. If you do come across a question you would like to ask about a particular item and can’t find the information online, please email us at sales@trixette.com and we will be more than happy to attend to your enquiry!

Michelle stands at 1.64m and wears UK6/8.

Freda stands at 1.60m and wears UK6/8.

Do you have a size chart?

Currently, our items are all one size. Kindly refer to item details & description for measurements at the respective page.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We regret to inform you that Trixette currently does not accept any returns or exchanges. We will work on this policy and will update you soon.
